Fatima Tu Zohra Daughter of Fayaz Ahmad Malik was born in Bonihar Aloosa Bandipora in 2013 a region known for its scenic beauty and rich cultural heritage. Growing up in a place where opportunities for pursuing chess were limited. Her interest in chess was sparked during her childhood, inspired by local mentor namely Iftikar Hussain and her supportive family especially her mother, who encouraged her to pursue her passion despite the challenges.

1. District Bandipora Chess Championship: Secured 1st position at AGS Bandipora in her first chess championship.
2. District Chess Championship: Won 1st position at S.K. Stadium Bandipora.
3. Inter-Zone Chess Championship: Clinched 1st position at S.K. Stadium Bandipora.
4. State Chess Championship: Secured 1st position at Bakhshi Indoor Stadium, Srinagar.
5. Kashmir Province Chess Championship: Achieved 1st position in Srinagar.
6. Union Territory (UT) Level Chess Tournament (July 2023): Secured the top position, earning a spot in the national-level competition. Her performance was highlighted on social media by Radio Chinar, bringing pride to her school and community.
